Gul-R-Boy Fishing Reports
Fishing Report - 2021 August 03, 2021 Report: The water temperature is in the mid 80s. The spot tails are biting good around the grass banks and oyster bars. They've been biting cut shrimp and live live mullet. The trout have been few and far between. With all the fresh water the shrimp have been run out of the bay most of the summer. They are starting to show up now. The trout should follow. With the new 16 inch flounder regulations it's going to be harder to get the 5 fish limit. Tarpon have showed up in good numbers. Keep your rod tip up Capt'n Mike __________________________ September 10, 2021 Report: The Fall fishing is on our door step. The water temperature is starting to fall. The Channel Bass will start coming out of the ocean into the river channels. The spot tails are getting active in the shallows. Trout so far, haven’t come on too strong this year. I’m hoping they will make a better showing the Fall. Keep your rod tip up Capt'n Mike I will be updating the reports monthly. Check back soon! Thanks, Capt'n Mike Contact me today! (843) 520-6339
